Overheard at a medical staff meeting in a very small Peruvian town in which the alcoholics anonymous office is quite prominently located in the middle of main street:

"We wanted to let you all know that alcoholics anonymous is strictly confidential and anonymous. Please come see us now at the front of the room if you´d be interested in joining."

Well. . . close enough.
